Warranty Policy

Product Warranty
​Titano LED offers its customers with warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Please write to us with your Order ID at feedback@titano.in. We attend to warranty claims responsively, with priority and time bound. We respond to all emails within 24 work-hours.

The Titano LED warranty is limited to product’s functional, performance and manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover any external accessories, damage caused to the product due to improper installation, improper usage by customer, accident, lightning, ingress of water, fire, dropping or excessive shock, any damage caused due to tampering of the product by customer or by an unauthorized agent, liability for loss of data.

Warranty Claim Procedure

  • ​Titano LED attends to warranty claims responsively; time bound and with urgency.
  • Please write to us with your invoice copy at feedback@titano.in. Briefly mention the fault observation.
  • We respond to all emails within 1 business day.
  • Also, you can message to us with your invoice copy at our WhatsApp no. +91-8438672400.
  • Our customer support would offer first-level resolutions
  • If the issue is unresolved, you would have to return the unit to us by courier. We would share return address by email/WhatsApp.
  • We do not cover return courier charges or risk of loss of package in return. You can return with any courier of your choice.
  • We would notify you up on return receipt and offer resolution within 1 business day
  • Warranty approved replacements are dispatched and delivered in 2-4 business days. We would cover the replacement courier charges and take responsibility of delivery.
